Once home I used it for him while on my boat as the green flies are really nasty and it worked great. One day I ran out of my DEET spray(the only thing I had found sucessful for myself against the flies) and tried the buzz off as a last resort...it didn't work as well as the DEET...it worked better and is now the only thing I use for myself AND my dog. I also love the fact that after being in the water I don't have to run to reapply it. Great product I orginally purchased this for my dog while away on a trip in Vermont. Believe me Vermont can manufacture some pretty nasty mosquitos, flies etc. even if it isn't as wild as Maine! He sent me to the internet to find Buzzoff because he swears by it. He's tried to make his own formula with cedar oils and mint etc. but they sit in the medicine cabinet and your's goes with him! Your's is the best.
